FAQ
What are your hours?
Rates are set by when your ride finishes, not when you're picked up. A drop-off by 8:00 PM is the standard rate ($125); a drop-off after 8:00 PM is the After Hours rate ($150) — so an 8:00 PM pickup is an After Hours ride. Rides finishing between Midnight and 8:00 AM are by phone only and subject to limited availability.
Do you do local or in-town rides?
No. We are an airport-only service — trips to and from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). We no longer offer local trips, in-town rides, or short hops.
How do I book?

Do you track flight delays?
Yes. Share your flight number and we’ll adjust pickup time as needed.
Extra stops or wait time?
$15 per 15 minutes for extra stops or waiting. Airport pickups include a 10-minute grace period before wait time starts.
Do you charge more for larger groups?
Yes. The flat rate covers 1–4 passengers. Groups of 5–6 add $25. A full vehicle carrying six passengers and their luggage means significantly more weight for the trip, which increases fuel use and wear on the vehicle. That brings the total to $150 during standard hours, or $175 after hours. We'll confirm your luggage count when booking so we can be sure everything fits comfortably.

Booking & Service Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our service policies:
- Driver Discretion: All ride requests are subject to driver availability and discretion. To ensure safety and quality, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
- Group Size: The flat rate covers 1–4 passengers. Groups of 5–6 add $25, reflecting the additional weight, fuel, and vehicle wear involved in carrying a full vehicle and its luggage. This surcharge applies in addition to the after-hours rate where both apply.
- After-Hours Rates: The booking form asks for your pickup time, but the rate is determined by when the ride is COMPLETED. A drop-off by 8:00 PM is the standard rate ($125); a drop-off after 8:00 PM is billed at the After Hours rate ($150). A 7:45 PM pickup that finishes after 8:00 PM is an After Hours booking. Choosing a pickup time that ends just past the cut-off does not avoid the After Hours rate.
- Overnight Rides: Rides completing between Midnight and 8:00 AM cannot be booked online. They are subject to limited availability and are quoted individually — please call to ask.
- Airport Trips Only: We serve trips to and from Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). We do not offer local trips, in-town rides, or short hops.
- Service & Pricing Updates: Our services, service area, policy, and rates may be updated at any time. However, all confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of confirmation.
- Road Conditions: Travel on unpaved or poorly maintained roads is subject to the driver's discretion and may be calculated at a custom rate. We may decline requests involving extended drives on such roads due to safety concerns, adverse conditions, or potential for significant delays.
- Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: All services are provided "as is." In no event shall Bigfork Rides, its owners, or drivers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not to, lost or damaged personal property, missed flights, or appointments resulting from the use or inability to use our service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigfork Rides from any and all claims, demands, and actions arising from your use of the service.
