- Driver Discretion: All ride requests are subject to driver availability and discretion. To ensure safety and quality, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person.
- After-Hours & Early Morning Rates: Rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to driver discretion and custom pricing. Please note that "After-Hours" status is determined by the completion of the ride. Therefore, a pickup scheduled for 10:00 PM is considered an after-hours booking, as the drop-off will occur past the cut-off time.
- Service & Pricing Updates: Our services, service area, policy, and rates may be updated at any time. However, all confirmed bookings will be honored at the price quoted at the time of confirmation.
- Road Conditions: Travel on unpaved or poorly maintained roads is subject to the driver's discretion and may be calculated at a custom rate. We may decline requests involving extended drives on such roads due to safety concerns, adverse conditions, or potential for significant delays.
- Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: All services are provided "as is." In no event shall Bigfork Rides, its owners, or drivers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not to, lost or damaged personal property, missed flights, or appointments resulting from the use or inability to use our service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigfork Rides from any and all claims, demands, and actions arising from your use of the service.
